All hand operated William Bounds mechanisms are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your pepper mill. Should the mechanism stop working, or should it not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to the retailer you purchased it from, or you may send your mill to:

This warranty does not cover breakage or other damage due to normal wear, abuse or mishandling. Decisions as to the cause of damage are the responsibility of William Bounds, and all decisions made in this regard are final.
